A little about me.

I am a clinical psychologist based in Denver and licensed in Colorado and New York. For more than a dozen years, I worked and lived in New York City before heading west.

I’ve held a doctorate degree in psychology from the University of Denver since 2015. Following graduation, I completed a postdoctoral fellowship as part of the Robert J. Harmon Fellowship in Advanced Clinical Infant Mental Health at the University of Colorado, where I specialized in clinical work with expecting and new parents and their young children to support mental health and the parent-child relationship.

I also hold a master’s degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University.

Struggle is a sign you’re not willing to stay stuck, even if you don’t know what comes next.

I use a psychodynamic approach that integrates mindfulness to help you become aware of experiences, beliefs, and emotions that are fueling patterns that no longer serve you.

I’ll help you see the value in attuning to your own internal experience, separate from the noise of other people’s expectations and opinions.

You’ll learn how to relax with challenging thoughts and feelings so you feel a greater sense of ease, and gain confidence in your ability to respond rather than react to stressful situations.
